Bookings the members will actually keep.
A booking system is only useful if it cuts ghosting. Bakyasri pairs member self-booking with reminder cadences and no-show flags that update the member's record, so trainers know who to prioritise for the next class release.
Class scheduling
Weekly and one-off classes, capacity and trainer assignment set once and applied across the week.
Member self-booking
Members book from web or in-club kiosk. Bookings sync to their membership record and to the trainer roster.
Waitlist promotion
A cancel opens the slot for the top of the waitlist automatically. The member is notified and given a hold window before it releases again.
No-show flags
Two no-shows in a rolling 30 days flag the member for a follow-up. Three trigger a booking hold. Rules configurable per gym.
Reminder cadences
Reminders fire 24 hours and 2 hours before class. Cadence tuned per class type - longer for weekend classes, shorter for weekday slots.
Attendance analytics
See which classes fill fast, which classes ghost, which trainers hold the room. Not for vanity - for the next schedule.
The floor manager's Sunday-evening view.
A read-only version of the schedule with capacity, waitlist depth and trainer coverage - so the manager sees the whole week before members do, and can shift a class without a spreadsheet.
Choose a lift. The camera reads the rep, and calls the drift.
This is not a video. It is the actual Bakyasri overlay, driving on a synthesised rep pattern so you can see the pose tracking, rep counter and drift call - live - before you ever point a camera at yourself.
